At Amazon, my leadership in data integrity has been central to navigating complex challenges across Global Real Estate & Facilities, ensuring that key data elements are managed with precision. In creating and driving a Data Stewardship Program, my team led the remediation of over 2,050 data quality issues, boosting KPIs to exceptional levels and fostering a data-centric culture. For my work, I was honored to be recognized with Teleion's 2023 Capability Recognition All Star of the Year Award. Previously at Microsoft, I steered the consumer service support project to achieve top rankings and implemented 40+ pilots, contributing to record-breaking customer satisfaction. My focus on customer service innovation and program management was pivotal in onboarding and overseeing a team of over 180 multilingual engineers, underpinning an inclusive and agile team environment.
