My passion for this industry is what drives me to wake up each day and be better than the day before. Find people who see the big picture and are never afraid of taking accountability for the hiccups. If you take a player out of the game every time he/she makes a mistake you are not allowing him/her to eventually correct their mistakes and earn your trust. If there is 5 seconds on the clock, game tied, I am not afraid to have the ball in my hands.
