I am a proven Area Sales Manager with previous experience as a Business Development Manager and extensive Retail Management. I have achieved fantastic results along the way, adding value to a number of big blue chip organisations, including Tesco, Ikea, and Iceland. I have managed multi million pound businesses and have led teams of up to 50 direct reports. I have a passion for developing people, delivering results, strategising for long term growth, and of course creating a culture of 'customer first'.I drive my business forward by continuously looking to improve and can only do so with an engaged, motivated and skilled teams. I pride myself on my leadership style, underpinned by a set of personal values, such as; honesty, integrity, teamwork, accountability and efficiency. Some of my awards and proudest moments in my career include: Consistently achieving Top Performers status and winning a company holiday for my results. Being nominated for ‘Best Store Manager’, Top of the region, 2 years in a row. Being recognised for the work I put in to create a culture of 'Customer First'.
