About Alex Matiash

I am a team oriented student housing professional who understands the importance of developing team members as well as effectively moving the organization toward achieving its goals. In my most recent role I've led efforts to improve our service center operations including student check-in/check-out procedures, providing student services such as spare key loans, troubleshooting card access issues, managing lost and left behind property, and the efficient delivery of mail and packages. Major initiatives include developing several new physical operations including a brand new service center in a new-build, managing property return during the COVID-19 pandemic, establishing formal partnerships with several third party companies to increase services to our students, and the promotion from Manager to Assistant Director.
