Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and upper-level manager working in a fast-paced, privately owned veterinary trauma and specialty center. I’m passionate about fostering strong, collaborative team cultures where both people and patients thrive. My focus is on creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the hospital, while promoting supportive, forward-thinking workplace practices. In addition to my clinical leadership, I’ve served as a faculty member and lab facilitator in veterinary technology programs—mentoring the next generation of RVTs and championing excellence in veterinary education. This dual perspective allows me to bridge academic training with hands-on application, ensuring high standards in both learning and clinical care. Currently, I lead recruitment efforts across all levels and disciplines at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital—from support staff and technicians to ER veterinarians and board-certified specialists.
