About Alex Matthews

As a Cyber Security Engineer at SecUnity Group, I design, implement, and maintain security systems and policies for enterprises. I work with a team of experts to protect and enhance the security and privacy of our clients and their users. I also develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders, using my presentation skills and knowledge of cyber psychology and economics of information security. I am also a student at Bournemouth University, reading Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. I have completed courses on topics such as digital forensics, enterprise security, security information and event management, and applications of programming principles. I enjoy applying my academic learning to real-world challenges and gaining practical experience in the cyber security field. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn from diverse and experienced professionals and to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the industry.
