This foundation gave me a unique perspective on how each component integrates to deliver performance and reliability. Over time, I advanced into roles across service, engineering, special projects, major projects, and leadership—each building on my ability to solve complex challenges and implement innovative control strategies.Today, as Head of Quality at Optergy, I focus on operational excellence through process improvement, documentation, testing, and compliance. Working directly with the CEO and ownership group, I provide executive-level reporting and insights while leading initiatives that strengthen efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across global operations.My career has been defined by developing future leaders, refining systems and processes, and aligning people, technology, and strategy to deliver sustainable results.
