As the Head of Product for Southern Cross Pet, I am leading a team of technology and product professionals to deliver the best Pet insurance experience to our customers. Delivering on the vision of Protecting the Pet Life, I lead my team to take customer insights, data, and a collaborative approach, to drive strategic change into the business, and with the business, to ensure our customers are seamlessly getting the value they sign up for. My point of difference as a strategic leader is my background as a qualified Chartered Accountant, and former Management Consultant. I bring a strong commercial acumen to decision making, ensuring that my direction is supported by a commercial view of what’s best for the customers and best for the business. Customers are at the heart of all business decisions, and that ensuring that customer centric decisions a driving commercial value is where great decisions can be made. I pick up concepts quickly, and apply my experience to articulate, communicate, and inspire executable strategic change.
