About Alex McLaren

I’m an experienced project and team leader with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering strategic and built solutions from concept to completion. With hands-on expertise in sales, design, and project management, I’ve led cross-functional teams to successfully deliver large-scale infrastructure projects for high-profile events — always with a focus on precision, collaboration, and client satisfaction. I thrive in environments that demand proactive thinking and clear communication, ensuring that every solution is fit-for-purpose, delivered on time, and exceeds expectations. My approach is built on fostering trusted relationships — whether with clients, stakeholders, or suppliers — to drive long-term, sustainable outcomes. In my personal time, you’ll usually find me watching (or playing) American Football, or in my garage designing and building custom electric guitars — a passion project that grew out of lockdown, complete with a CNC router I designed and built myself.
