About Alex McMullen

With a decade of experience in the IT industry, I have advanced from entry level enterprise service desk roles to IT Leadership positions, and everywhere in between. Gaining comprehensive expertise in technical support, system administration, and strategic IT operations. In addition to my IT career, I have co-founded two sports media broadcast agencies; and a web design and hosting collective, where I developed skills in business development, project management, personnel management, operations management, digital marketing, SEO, strategic planning, and more. My experiences in Information Technology, entrepreneurship, and the military allow me to drive technological innovation and business growth; while also keeping a sense of humility and an eagerness to motivate those around me. I am committed to leveraging my diverse background to enhance operational efficiency and deliver tailored digital solutions, in any role. As mentioned above, I am a proud Marine Corps veteran, which has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and resilience. I served four years and was honorably discharged in December of 2017.
