As a Customer Success leader and digital transformation specialist, I work with manufacturers, pharma companies, and high-reliability industries to implement real change — the kind that makes people’s lives easier, processes smarter, and businesses stronger. At Next Plus, I lead end-to-end onboarding for clients ranging from electronics and medical device manufacturers to food producers and defense contractors. I help them digitize operations, adopt MES tools, and align internal teams around clear, scalable workflows. Most of our work happens remotely, and that’s where I thrive — translating needs, guiding change, and making sure technology actually gets used. I’ve built and led an internship program for five years running, mentored junior teammates, trained partners, and helped shape the product itself through close collaboration with R&D. I work hand-in-hand with product managers to make sure we don’t just ship features — we solve problems. I bring the discipline of a triathlete, the mindset of an educator, and the curiosity of someone who always wants to understand how things work — and how to make them better.
