I’m a solid waste management professional with a global track record of delivering and winning complex projects across the EU, UK, Middle East, USA, China, and beyond. I specialise in designing and implementing practical, sustainable waste solutions, whether it’s shaping national strategies, leading feasibility studies, writing technical standards, or guiding infrastructure procurement. My work spans municipal, industrial, hazardous, and bio-waste, always tailored to local cultural and regulatory contexts. From source segregation guidelines in Saudi Arabia and Ras Al Khaimah, to circular economy masterplans for NEOM and MiSK City, to market-shaping assessments across Abu Dhabi, I lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact results. I’ve also directed core workstreams for a European Commission initiative supporting the Circular Economy Act, tackling policy and technical challenges related to landfilling, bottom ash recovery, bio-waste, and recycling infrastructure across the EU. Beyond delivery, I know how to win work. I’ve led successful pursuits and built long-term relationships with government clients, development agencies, and major consultancies. My previous role leading regional business development for Envac Middle East sharpened my ability to align technical expertise with market needs. As a Chartered Waste Manager (CIWM) and International Waste Manager (ISWA), I bring deep sector knowledge, proven leadership, and a passion for circular solutions.
