About Alex Mould

Two of my great passions are animals and education. These passions came together when I started working as an apprenticeship assessor for a large Training Provider. After gaining experience and qualifications, I progressed into internal quality assurance and started a new role for Four Paws Groom School and iPET Network. For Four Paws, I managed their subcontracting provider apprenticeship contract, apprenticeship training and teaching privately funded students. For iPET Network, I managed all internal quality assurance activities for their satellite centres, coordination of their overall delivery and training including E-Portfolio systems. 4 years ago, I had the amazing experience of embarking on the challenge to gain approval with iPET Network from Ofqual as an Awarding Organisation. In 2020, we were successful and soon gained approval from CCEA, QiW and as an End Point Assessment Organisation. During this period, I also achieved my EQA and ILM Level 5 qualifications. My position at iPET Network since approval as Responsible Officer and Quality Manager for iPET Network as both an AO and EPAO is a challenging but exhilarating role so far! I am always looking to network with professionals in similar roles and with similar passions of mine to work together to raise standards in the industry and explore opportunities.
