My approach blends technical know-how with hands-on leadership, using Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline production and boost efficiency. From customizing databases to optimizing supply chains, I focus on building operations that are both scalable and efficient. I also bring a solid foundation in financial analysis, helping to ensure decisions are data-driven and growth-focused. I’m passionate about creating high-quality products and fostering strong teams that drive success. Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Instructor and Peer Tutor at BCIT, where I developed key management skills like explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible way, as well as training and coaching students. This experience sharpened my ability to guide others and communicate effectively, laying the foundation for my future leadership roles in business.
