About Alex Mutisya

I am an ICT technician/officer with 4+ years experience, well-presented and a good all-rounded performer with the ability to learn and perform tasks quickly and efficiently. My abilities include, being able to grasp how new technologies may be applied to help the company achieve its goals and analytical skills that help with strategic thinking and tactical implementation. My interpersonal skills are very good and I am able to create openness and trust among my colleagues. This has aided me in facilitation and conflict management to achieve a more effective working relationship in the office. I manage my time wisely, so I have the ability to keep several projects going at once but I always maintain a pleasant, easy-going attitude even when dealing with a heavy workload. In my roles I have performed installation and configuration of software and hardware, router and switch configuration and worked extensively with windows and Active Directory. My skills also include the fundamentals of cyber security, ability to maintain Microsoft Azure resources and techniques to aid in managing the cloud. I am also able to assist with the preparation and presentation of technical support and training materials that ensure there is an efficient, effective and secure use of information and communications technology.
