Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led transformations that bridge strategy, technology, and operations—shaping and delivering programs worth hundreds of millions in enterprise impact. My work spans the Semiconductor ecosystem—from Foundry and Equipment Manufacturing to IDMs—helping clients scale growth, unlock productivity, and expand margins through Agentic Transformation and next-generation operating models. As a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy, I focus on strategy enablement: turning boardroom vision into execution at pace and scale. I’ve co-led multi-tower transformations projected to deliver billions in savings, revenue, and margin expansion, while building the digital, AI, and automation capabilities that sustain results. My perspectives on GenAI, automation, and semiconductor reinvention have been featured in Accenture High Tech Insights and Supply Chain Management Review. Across every engagement, my goal is to connect ambition to execution—to help leadership teams achieve measurable business outcomes with speed, confidence, and clarity. Outside of work, I find balance on my road bike along Chicago’s Lakefront Trail or composing music—both reminding me that performance and creativity share the same rhythm.
