About Alex Oliver

I work with ambitious organisations and people who want to make a positive impact in the world. I believe we are capable of achieving more than we think possible, collectively and as individuals. I believe there is always choice available to us, and that we can all access and live our own unique purpose, if we’re brave enough to reach into it and explore. As an experienced consultant and certified professional coach, I draw on thirty years of experience working across sectors and internationally in roles spanning government and public sector, consultancy, financial services and media. I’ve led teams up to board level, and been responsible for managing budgets, launched products and businesses, navigated senior government systems to drive change and run my own successful business for ten years. My clients are ambitious and committed to driving positive social change. In coaching, I work with clients at mid management level up to C-suite, to help them to live their fullest potential and access their 'biggest' lives. Whether working one-to-one or in workshops, clients can expect to be challenged to explore new ways of thinking using neuroscience and positive psychology based approaches that draw on the creativity, somatic senses and visioning.
