I have strategic leadership skills showcased by analyzing and interpreting complex within-subjects and between-subjects data using diverse methodologies including surveys, interviews, experimental designs, and psychophysiological measures, resulting in the successful acquisition of 12 fellowships totaling $25,250 in research funding. I have cross-functional team management expertise showcased by successfully leading 7 diverse teams, including 4 research teams and 3 banking teams, managing up to 15 direct and indirect reports, and showcasing strong leadership skills. In addition, I have the following qualifications: Cross-functional collaborator and experience advising clients on audience segmentation, targeting, psychographics, and demographics, customer loyalty measures, and other KPIs such as NPS and CSAT, as evidenced by giving 20 successful presentations per year including both internal and external training on methods, data quality, and survey design. Superior product and market knowledge with in-depth expertise in diverse domains including Media Psychology, Media and Communication, Politics, and Life Sciences, delivered 7 impactful publications that garnered more than 240 citations. Grant writing acumen showcased by submitting 4 diverse grant proposals, including a $100k application to Facebook's Misinformation grant program, successfully securing $4,300 in research funding through approved grants from NSF and Texas Tech University ($300 and I want to serve an organization that prizes adaptability, autonomy and collaboration among its employees.
