Background
About Alex Oswald
Duties include, but not limited to, safe operation of the heating and cooling plants, repair and maintenance to the various heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and control systems. Have created and implemented a life cycle plan for the various aging systems. Have identified deficiencies from construction and corrected to further improve comfort and operational efficiency to the building. Have identified cost savings measures to be had through equipment scheduling. In my previous employment, I was part of the opening team for a brand new 58 story high rise tower in Calgary. This taught me the value of researching the specifications and reviewing the quality of work as paid for. Again, found and made resolution to deficiencies. I enjoy learning and appreciate the opportunity to mentor coworkers.
