About Alex Parrish

Motivated, focused, driven by goals. My construction management career started with Ledcor Construction in Edmonton. I started as a project coordinator managing eight different projects. I eventually worked my way to supervising the work being done on a highly schedule sensitive project as an assistant superintendent with positive results for our team and four different clients. My following job took me to the position of Construction Manager for Cedar Spring Construction in Edmonton. I was brought in to help expand the business into the industrial and commercial sector. Through my role I took on the responsibility of managing the work taking place for multiple jobs, securing new contracts, QAQC, and the roll out and implementation of a safety program. The next chapter lead me to work with Stuart Olson. Developing a presence and niche, five out of six projects completed were for the University of Alberta during my time with Stuart Olson. I am currently supervising a two phase townhouse development in Kelowna comprised of 52 and 71 units to start turn over in 2022! I am an effective communicator and demand the best from myself and those I work with. My experience in the office and in the field are an asset to any team. I believe that no project of any size can be done alone and I stand by the team approach.
