Background
About Alex Pinsky
Seasoned R&D executive with over 15 years of experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering organizations across startups and large-scale tech companies. Proven success in directing cross-functional, globally distributed groups—including backend, frontend, mobile, data engineering, and QA. While deeply technical and comfortable diving into code across the stack, I am fundamentally driven by product impact and business outcomes. I actively focus on advanced engineering paradigms, including concurrency, highly scalable systems, and agentic AI workflows. A builder at heart, I foster engineering cultures where product thinking, ownership, and world-class execution thrive.
