I come from a UX design background, so my brain is wired to make things user-friendly. That means transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through visual communication. My goal? Helping companies stop wrestling with their data and start using it to make smarter decisions.I have over a decade of experience in the consulting trenches and I specialize in building and scaling semantic models and analytics teams from the ground up. I'm proud of the work we've done with some big names like Microsoft, REI, John Deere, Expedia, and T-Mobile, where we've built everything from usage models for upsell targeting to multi-touch attribution models.But my proudest accomplishment isn't about the data; it's about the people. I've spent the last six years or so focused on growing analysts into seasoned seniors and principles.
