About Alex Ramirez

As a skilled IT professional with a passion for cybersecurity and information technology, I have built a strong foundation of knowledge and experience that includes managing and prioritizing multiple IT projects, evaluating new technology purchases, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks for optimal performance and security, conducting cybersecurity assessments and implementing solutions, and developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Additionally, I have extensive experience using my IT skills to assist companies in achieving their goals. This includes managing and maintaining Google Workspace and GoDaddy domains, providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, training customer service agents on using technology, and administering customer service software platforms. My previous experience in customer service management and training has also given me a unique perspective and skillset that I believe would be valuable to any IT department. I am able to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff and provide training to ensure that all staff members are able to use technology to its fullest potential. As I continue to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, I am eager to continue growing and contributing to the ever-evolving world of IT and cybersecurity.
