Drawing on 15 years of expertise in grocery operations and retail process enhancement, I’ve seamlessly integrated my engineering background into the realm of e-grocery fulfillment. My focus? Boosting operational efficiency. I thrive on innovating new products and processes that empower the workforce to achieve peak productivity. Every day, I thrive on tackling seemingly insurmountable challenges. At home, this might involve clearing the 6 inches of debris that blankets our yard in late October, organizing the accumulated stuff in our basement after a long winter, or fulfilling my childhood dream of building a treehouse—for my son, of course. In my professional life, I seek out new methods to expand programs to seemingly unreachable locations, dive into untapped data to uncover novel insights, and map out complex processes that lack understanding within organizations. For me, it’s like an exhilarating game. My skills allow me to model and illustrate strategic visions, and my passion naturally attracts followership. I lead with authenticity, integrity, and the goal of inspiring my team to become the best versions of themselves. As the Manager of Ecommerce Strategy and Operations at Hannaford Supermarkets, my team achieved remarkable results. We tripled our brand’s online presence, both in terms of revenue and store count, all while reducing our cost to serve. Our program was hailed as best-in-class and served as the pick-from-store blueprint adopted by Ahold Delhaize U.S. at large. From there, I transitioned to the role of Manager of Channel Development at Peapod Digital Labs (PDL) with a mission to drive continuous improvement across all five brands. And today I’ve taken this expertise industry-wide as the Director of Channel Management at Liviri. I consulted and developed cutting-edge cold-chain solutions for major e-grocers throughout North America. Many of the retail programs, procedures, and equipment I implemented during my tenure at Hannaford, PDL, and Liviri continue to operate successfully today.
