A customer centric Sales and Commercial Management professional, I combine technical literacy and commercial flair with the ability to communicate, negotiate and manage interculturally. Professional career began as a project engineer in the Automotive industry moving quickly to assume a broader customer interface role capitalising on my technical ability, commercial flair and language skills. As an account manager based in the UK for automotive tier 1 suppliers, I worked with customers across Europe at all levels to manage the customer relationship negotiating significant new business from Spain to Germany, the Czech republic to Norway. As a Manager of Export Business Development in the Postal Automation sector (Industrial Automation), based in Paris; I built on my skill set establishing industrial partnerships, negotiating large international contracts, adding line management responsibility and working in French language. Countries outside Europe with whom I worked include: Japan, USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapour, Taiwan, India. Now working as Senior Sales and Business Development Manager for Thales, I am applying and growing my skill set in the defence sector.
