Project leader for the development of the new Ion Beam Sputtering equipment from Bühler - Leybold Optics. I used my knowledge of Ion Beam Sources and Sputtering to lead a group of people from various backgrounds, bringing successfully a new machine to the market. In two years, we transferred the machine from R&D to Series and achieved state of the art coatings (15ppm losses, 99.9985% reflection on dielectric mirrors at 633nm).I have also completed a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, focusing on the subject Zinc Oxide thin films epitaxy for Solid State Lighting applications. I undertook my research in the French CEA, creating a completely new production process and setting goals to achieve.
