With a solid background in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship, I have built my career with the intention of creating deep, meaningful relationships. Currently, I work as a Design Consultant at Pella KC, where I leverage my expertise in building relationships, customer success, and sales skills to drive growth and exceed sales targets.Before my current role, I was the proud owner and operator of NewVision Nutrition KC, a successful Nutrition Shop that I ran for 6 years and continues to operate. My experience as a business owner allowed me to refine my skills in entrepreneurship, customer success, marketing and sales strategy, and product promotion while managing all aspects of operations—recruiting and coaching, to customer service to financial management. This hands-on experience has given me a unique perspective on driving brand loyalty and connecting with clients on a personal level.Throughout my career, I've focused on building effective teams, creating innovative marketing and sales strategies, and staying ahead of market trends to ensure success. My goal has always been to deliver value and cultivate lasting relationships personally and professionally.
