About Alex Robinson

I’m a Project Director specialising in restaurant fit-outs — from first lease discussions through to opening night and beyond. I’ve delivered projects for high-end brands across the UK, including Flat Iron steakhouse sites in Victoria, Southbank, Brighton, and Bristol. With a background in general construction and a Masters in Project Management, I’ve got a solid grasp of the full project lifecycle — lease negotiations, design development, planning permissions (including listed buildings), procurement, construction, handover, and post-opening support. My focus is always on delivering high-quality spaces that work — on time, on budget, and without the drama. I take pride in being hands-on, detail-driven, and solution-focused, making sure every project runs smoothly from the big picture down to the last bolt. I’m all about good communication, strong relationships, and a bit of humour along the way — because great projects are built by great teams. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me snowboarding, following Brighton & Hove Albion, or discovering a new craft ale somewhere.
