About Alex Romp

I started Artech Solutions in 2003 after spending too many years watching IT companies ignore their clients. The bar in this industry is low - return a call the same day, explain things in plain English, don't send a surprise invoice - and most providers still can't clear it.We work with law firms, CPA practices, and professional services firms in the Des Moines metro. These are offices where people bill time and every hour of downtime costs real money. We know the software - case management, document management, trust accounting, time and billing, tax and bookkeeping software - because we've supported it across dozens of firms, not because we skimmed a knowledge base article. When you call our help desk, a technician answers. Not a dispatcher, not a voicemail tree. Most issues get resolved on the first call. After hours, we still pick up.One flat monthly rate covers everything: help desk, on-site visits, after-hours support, vendor coordination, project work. No tiers, no "is this covered?" anxiety, no surprise bills. We're a small team on purpose. Same people every time. We already know your network, your people, and which conference room has the bad ethernet drop.
