Hi, I’m Alex. And yes — I’m another purpose-driven human on LinkedIn;). But no, I won’t tell you to “crush your goals” or “scale your impact in 5 easy steps”. Instead, I help people, teams and ultimately organizations do something much harder (and more worthwhile): Build what matters — without burning out. I know how hard it can be, as I have burned out twice and am still managing the never ending waves of (e)motion related to it. Today, I am grateful for this experience, as this is what fuels my work now — and more importantly: I get to share my learnings with you! I work with leaders, Gamechangers and Corporate Activists (Intrapreneurs) who are in it to make a difference — but who also feel the tension: Between speed + hustle AND slowing down + depth Between having impact AND staying well Between a new culture AND outdated systems Sound familiar?
