About Alex Sear

As a Director at ADP Consulting, I focus on electrification, adaptive reuse, building services and the energy sector. I currently head up ADP's energy offering, where we’re transforming precincts, buildings and our energy grid. Previously i've held roles as head of building services, head of ESD and i've completed an MBA at Imperial College London. I also hold the position of Deputy-Chair on the PCA Victorian Sustainability Committee and have been a finalist for the Jeff Robinson ESG award. I love sharing insights and contributing to the industry, and have published papers on a range of topics. I'm also an active contributor to the development of NABERS, GBCA, ILFI, BBP and the City of Melbourne.
