I am experienced in creating plans and policies that will help a company achieve its objectives. Developing business strategies to ensure we are market leaders in our field of work and advising the board of Directors and implementing our business plans to accomplish organisational goals. Establishing long-lasting relationships with shareholders, partners, local authorities and regulators I will ensure we are the go to brand for excellence in delivery. I have excellent Alliance experience creating a team that has excelled over the past five years winning significant recognition in terms of awards in Scotland and Nationally.
