As a CertRP qualified Recruitment Consultant and Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) I take pride in offering expert advice and guidance to Civil Engineers and Hydraulic Modellers looking to work within the UK Water and Flood Risk sectors. I have built strong relationships with water industry clients and candidates over the past 12 years. Over the past 12 years I have been assisting clients and candidates within the following disciplines: Civil Engineering (Water | Wastewater | River & Coastal | Drainage) Hydraulic Modelling (Water | Wastewater | Flood Risk) Flood Risk Management Hydrology | Hydrogeology Environment | Geoenvironmental Project Management I have supported clients on AMP7 frameworks throughout the UK including; Thames Water; South East Water; Southern Water; South West Water; Wessex Water; Welsh Water; Severn Trent Water; Anglian Water; Yorkshire Water; United Utilities; Northumbrian Water; Scottish Water; and NI Water. I also work closely with Environment Agency framework partners. During my career I have been promoted to Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant and Team Leader based on financial achievement and competency based review. I am now working with Advance TRS as a Principal Consultant with a continued focus on the UK Water & Flood Risk sectors. Key achievements during my career include: Helping many hundreds of candidates, from Graduates to Board Directors, to progress towards their career objectives in the UK Water Industry. Creating & developing long lasting business relationships with clients throughout the UK.
