I’ve worked in Client Servicing and Operations at Bank of America for 10 years, most in the Global Wealth and Investment Management business. I spent the first couple years as an individual contributor supporting banking research and escalation requests. Over the last 7 years, I've been a leader within our Merrill Client contact centers, Merrill and Executive Claims Escalations and am now leading a Merrill Banking Ops team performing complex banking research for high net worth clients. I also have previous experience as a personal banker & assistant branch manager for another large bank along with some extensive retail leadership experience. My passion is developing others and finding ways to help an individual find their full potential. My goal is to drive business results, learn every aspect of our business and deliver for our shareholders. I believe in a positive culture where everyone feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work, create a culture of friendly competition and continue to drive employee engagement across the organization.
