Hi, I’m Alex! I’m coming up on 10 years at Don’t Panic, the place where my career began and where I’ve grown (a lot!) along the way. What started as an entry-level role in events has evolved into my current position as Events & Operations Director, where I oversee the logistics, production, and smooth running of 25+ UK and international events each year as well as overseeing all of the different departments in the business. From venue sourcing, project management, to team leadership and on-the-ground problem solving, I’ve seen nearly every side of event delivery and I still love the buzz of bringing great ideas to life.
