About Alex Sugg

Alex is a licensed architect with over ten years’ experience in the planning, design, and management of healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. She has held roles in the architecture, MEP engineering, and custom manufacturing markets and is passionate about the experiential and functional aspects of temporary, permanent, and virtual environments of all scales. Alex finds her niche in collaborating directly with the end-users of a space or product, utilizing their existing processes, aesthetic preferences, and anticipation of future needs to create custom-tailored solutions that measurably enhance workflow efficiency as well as user health and wellness. She has also executed re-branding and graphic design efforts for several architecture and engineering firms and has designed art and architecture exhibitions in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and New York. In her spare time, Alex enjoys hiking, running, and camping in the great Michigan outdoors; traveling the world to find new experiences and cuisines; spending time with her dogs (two Vizslas named Lupin and Willow); and searching for the perfect glass of dry red wine.
