I am a results-driven, hands-on and meticulous IT professional with more than 25 years' experience with excellent English, Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese skills. 7+ of those years were based in Shanghai, China. My experiences include 20+ years in Software Industry, 5 years in Hardware/Storage Industry and 15+ years in Channels and Alliances across Asia Pacific and Japan region. My focus for the last 15 years has been in Channels. Currently, I am responsible for developing Channel strategies and initiatives to help resellers and distributors across Asia Pacific and Japan achieve their business objectives and be competitive. I have extensive experience and expertise in Account Management, Partner Management, Distribution, partner programs, rebates, partner incumbency, ROE (Rules of Engagement), Channel RTM (routes to market), Channel pricing, deal registration, incentives, promotions, governance, partner onboarding and off-boarding, preferred partner program, partner productivity, product launches and demand generation activities. I have also taken an interest in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The world of artificial intelligence and intelligent robots is here and progressing at a pace no humans can match. I am keen to be part of this industrial/human revolution.
