I will continue challenging myself by completing Superbadges and Super Sets on Trailhead. In my dev org, I will be building real life scenarios, ensuring I can apply my knowledge to achieve business objectives. On my internship, I had the opportunity to put my knowledge and skills to the test in a real-world environment. Every week, I was given business requirements and tasked with finding solutions for them. What I quickly learned was that it is not about knowing all the answers but having the ability to find them. A decade in IT support has given me a wealth of experience in finding the answers and troubleshooting issues with my problem-solving skills.
