Over the last decade, I have focused on identifying, designing, and implementing technology solutions and business-focused consulting. I am proud to have partnered with multiple companies, organizations, and city departments to find solutions to meet their business and organizational needs. I excel at identifying problem areas and designing custom responses and solutions. In the last few years, I helped design and implement solutions for many SMBs, as well as various government entities, manufacturers, and global retailers. My experience has allowed me unique insights and opportunities with many vendors and technology companies to understand product/services, determine their feasibility as a solution-provider or business tool, research feedback and market share, and work with their resources to plan integration, impact, costing, etc. I am known for creating excellent relationships with the companies and contacts with which I interact. I take pride in my ability to manage a team, focus our collective skills, and work on detailed projects- all while working toward “the bigger picture." I truly enjoy being able to identify, and be a catalyst in, projects that lead to better business operations, process efficiency, and, ultimately, higher company profits.
