Division General Manager for Mott MacDonald Canada, leading a team of passionate, diverse and specialist engineers, consultants and administration staff. Based in Toronto, I am responsible for leading and managing the Division within the Canada Business Unit under the direction of the Unit General Manager to drive and deliver profitable sustainable growth, alongside managing the majority of the day-to-day operational business. I act as an ambassador and voice for Mott MacDonald within the Division, articulating and representing the brand, vision, and value proposition, and am responsible for managing complex relationships and priorities. I am committed to the highest standards of service, focused on strong client relationships and exceptional project outcomes. I have experience of leading analysis and design projects across the globe, with a track record of providing innovative, cost effective and optimized solutions to major projects and programs.
