About Alex Waddey

As CEO of NAI Global, I have the privilege of leading one of the largest commercial real estate platforms in the world. Our network includes over 325 offices in 65 countries, with more than 5,800 professionals managing $20 billion in annual transaction volume. I bring a background in capital markets, operations, and law to this role, having previously served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Capital Markets at NAI Global, where I oversaw $8.5 billion in transactions. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and long-term client value through trust, execution, and local expertise. I also serve on the board of the Young Adult Cancer Initiative at Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center and have been deeply involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville, where I served as board president, as well as Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
