About Alex Walker

I am seeking a role which both utilizes my skills and allows me to develop myself whilst also gaining new experiences. I like to think that I am a hardworking, honest, reliable person who is quick to learn. I am good with people, confident, and independent. My service industry experience includes working many seasons as a host, guide and ski instructor, including teaching skiing to children from one of the world’s most exclusive prep schools. I enjoy coaching others (particularly children) and helping them develop new skills and potential. I aim to develop my career over the coming years around my passions and I wish to join a company where I can secure work to improve my understanding of the tourism industry. My long term aim is to gain enough experience to manage or own a business which serves tourists in either winter or summer activity based holidays.
