About Alex Wallace

As a nonprofit professional, I use my communications and PR skills in both the marketing of my organization and the fundraising in support of its programs. As part of a two-person Development and Marketing Team, I work with the Director of Development to raise awareness and funds for The Arc Caddo-Bossier through grant writing, planning and executing events, social media, news + other media outlets, donor database management, creative writing, networking, corporate and nonprofit sponsorships/partnerships, campaigns and more! It’s a privilege to use what I’ve learned, both in school and in my career thus far, to serve individuals with disabilities. I’m thankful for the opportunity to channel my passions for writing and content creation as we work to give those we serve a voice and to create change in our community!
