About Alex Wolfson

I am a Sr. Program Manager at Amazon, leading business development for international deals as well as managing the high velocity events and restrictions workstreams for Amazon Global Store. I am seeking to leverage my business development experience and environmental engineering background in the clean tech industry. During my recent MBA, I won first place in three international MBA case competitions on electric vehicle strategy, net-zero energy consulting, and green hydrogen commercialization. In each of these, I took the lead on data analysis, financial modeling, and presenting. I co-founded a robotics startup called Rook Robotics, leading customer research and financial modeling, and pitching to VC firms. I also lead the 2023 Energy Innovation Conference, featuring executives from EVgo, Socal Edison, CarbonBuilt and more, and over 150 attendees, and won Coach of the Year for co-leading the Clean Tech Career Group. As a Sr. Program Manager Intern at Amazon, I displayed Bias for Action by learning SQL and building a robust automated profitability tool that was deployed across my global organization, when I was only asked to build a limited manual tool for my immediate team. I also have four years of increasing responsibility as an environmental engineering consultant with several Fortune 100 clients building my experience in project management, stakeholder relations, field crew supervision, and engineering design. In my free time, I host and produce a podcast called Small Town DnD, it's a lot of fun. I've also taught improv comedy to MBAs, founded a comedy theater, and performed in festivals over the country.
