Clear communication is the key to any business success, whether it is selling a new Retail concept to senior executives, sharing a detailed and data-driven demand forecast with Category and Planning partners, or delivering improvements and efficiencies to a business process. At the heart of all of my professional experience is my ability to communicate ideas, numbers, and analytics effectively. A core component of clear communication is understanding your audience; throughout my career I've developed and exercised these skills in managing direct reports, cross functional teams, and executive stakeholders. My Retail-focused experience has involved Inventory Management, Merchandise Financial Planning, Project Management, and Process Improvement. My roles and responsibilities have changed and evolved over the years and I've excelled at adapting as the business required. Applying my expertise in Stakeholder Management and Relationship management, I've led Retail Planning projects, supported development of IT tools, and brought to life new Retail concepts.
