Open to new opportunities where I can contribute- My Adaptability: I’ve worked in a number of different industries where I’ve had to learn new skills, industry language, a new pace of work, and new customer/client types and successfully fulfilled my tasks and roles within each- My Versatility: I’m able to apply skills and abilities I picked up in one industry and apply them in a new setting to help create a successful process or positive outcome- My Leadership: I enjoy leading people and leading teams to achieve success. I can mitigate communication within the group well, and delegate tasks for efficient performance- My Stability Under Pressure: Past experiences have allowed me to develop and maintain a calm, composed mind and performance under pressure whether leading or in a support role- My Detail-Oriented Nature: I can work through the small details well and pick up on what could be missed by others- My Organization: I am successful at maintaining an organized and structured environment- My Strong Communication: I find it extremely important that to reach success, everyone needs to be on the same page and have the same understanding. I find it easy to explain information to others and can simplify it well. I also find listening is communicating in itself, and it’s important to hear others- My Hands On Approach: I enjoy supporting in the work itself. Lead by example (regardless of title)- My Strong Work Ethic: Good enough is good enough at times, but when you can give more, then you should. I enjoy accomplishing hard work.
