About Alex Zurowski

Marketing / Art Director and co-founder of SocialSoundSystem and Model Citizen Brand Provisions, as well a previous owner and operator of Cherry Laser, a large scale custom fabrication and design shop in Los Angeles. A disrupter and rulebreaker at heart, I'm always looking for ways to fracture the molding set forth by conventional marketing and design practices. Keeping my finger on the pulse of emerging tech and trends is at the forefront of his growth within the industry. Having consulted with various tech start-ups, I've utilized my vast knowledge and wide array of resources to better improve their processes and systems in order to gain greater usability and functionality. This includes, amongst others, having worked with ToneDen: a music tech marketing start-up to develop additional advertising targeting structures and CRM marketing offerings that would specifically benefit the end independent artist management user. Never stagnant, I'm always looking for opportunities for growth and thrive in atmospheres that allow for such. I have over 12 years of experience working with established brands, high growth startups and small independent businesses managing and materially participating in projects ranging from Brand Identity, National Marketing & Advertising Campaigns, Web and Data Analytics, Web and Graphic Design, and Enhanced Ecommerce solutions. When not at work, you'll find me fabricating bicycle monstrosities, at a local dive bar discovering new music, scouring the world in search of the next fish to catch on a fly and embarking on further adventures into the unknown.
