Hi, I’m Alexa! Growing up, I always loved having the name Alexa. Aside from a brief third grade obsession with the name Danielle, I’ve always been happy with it. That is, until Amazon created Alexa, the ubiquitous little device. I’m still proud to be named Alexa, just please stop asking me about the weather, OK? The other Alexa has that covered. Now that we got that out of the way, I can get into the good stuff. Currently, I am the HR Generalist at TraceGains. Founded in 2008, TraceGains is on a mission to revolutionize consumer packaged goods’ supply chain agility. For over 15 years, TraceGains has provided the world’s only holistic networked solution for global brands gaining speed and control over compliance and product development. As an experienced HR professional, I am driven by a passion to create a positive and inspiring workplace where everyone can reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand the positive impact of putting people at the center of business success. Core competencies: Communication and Collaboration: Talented collaborator and systems thinker with strong problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Time Management: With a constant flow of new tasks and ongoing duties, time management is a skill I had to learn early in my career. Luckily, I’m passionate about staying organized, so I have mastered effectively managing my time, to stay productive and keep department and company tasks on track. Interpersonal relationships: With a deep understanding that everyone is different, I recognize that we need to adjust our interactions accordingly. Coming from a background in Psychology and Sociology, I am aware of different human emotions and personalities, which helps me to interact with different staff members cross-departmentally.
