Alexa has several years of senior experience in policy, research, program development and knowledge synthesis. She is currently VP, Policy and Research at the Nonprofit Chamber. Alexa was previously Associate Director of Research and Strategy for Vibrant Communities Calgary (VCC), a non-profit dedicated to addressing the root causes of poverty. Alexa led the research and strategic communications to advocate for effective poverty policy alternatives.
