Background

About Alexa C.

Currently: talent/recruitment @ Lucid Motors. Hiring within our Digital + Program Management organizations: Hiring infotainment + ADAS software/machine learning engineers and TPMs. Previously at Google for 4+ years in the talent/DEI space within Cloud Software Engineering. My core role focused on client management, strategic talent pipelining, and candidate experience. In addition, I led all Culture/DEI team events + initiatives to foster inclusion and belonging within my organization. I was also a recruiter on the Software Engineering Internships team and worked with thousands of students from underrepresented communities across multiple product areas of Google. My work included high volume candidate engagement, strategic campus community engagement, project/program management, and candidate experience. Prior to Google, my experience was centered around events + community engagement work with Make-A-Wish and Love Your Melon while pursuing my MBA. I am particularly interested in community engagement, program management, DEI, social impact, & (of course) the talent and outreach space. Fostering human connection is a big passion of mine; I hope to always work in roles that allow me this privilege. Outside of work I am passionate about film photography (always have a camera on hand), cinema, & soccer. Looking forward to connecting with you :)
